Return Policy

Caluna Foot accepts returns or exchanges for items purchased from our website within 30 days of delivery under these conditions:

  • Shoes show no signs of wear or damage
  • Original packaging and tags are intact
  • Any visible wear may void the Caluna Foot satisfaction guarantee

Returns/exchanges cannot be processed after 30 days from delivery.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, shoe care products, or any worn footwear.

Please include your order confirmation email or receipt with your return.

To initiate a return or exchange, email support@calunafoot.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process according to these policies.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We're happy to exchange for a different size or color if available. Contact support@calunafoot.com within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For footwear valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for your protection.

Refunds (if applicable)

After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll email you about your refund status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Most refunds appear within 3-5 business days. If yours hasn't posted after 7 days, please email support@calunafoot.com so we can investigate.

Gifts

Gift purchases will receive a Caluna Foot gift card for the return amount. The digital gift card will be emailed once we process the return.

Damaged Items

For damaged/defective footwear, email support@calunafoot.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We verify damage claims using carrier delivery confirmation and tracking information. Late reports may not qualify for replacement.
